Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect who will serve as both a technical expert and a trusted advisor to our industrial clients. This role focuses on mastering Cedar AI’s systems and guiding users through designing and implementing tailored solutions that meet their specific operational needs. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background paired with hands-on experience in industrial or operational environments and outstanding communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Expertise & Advisory:
- Become the primary expert on Cedar AI’s systems, specifically tailored to meet the needs of industrial users.
- Provide technical guidance on system configuration, integration, and optimization to maximize customer value.
- Customer Engagement & Solution Development:
- Collaborate directly with industrial clients to understand their operational challenges and technical requirements.
- Design and recommend customized solutions that seamlessly integrate with existing industrial processes and infrastructures.
- Education & Training:
- Lead technical workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one consultations to empower customers with the knowledge to effectively use our systems.
- Develop clear, comprehensive documentation, user guides, and best practice resources targeted to non-technical audiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and industrial clients, ensuring both groups are aligned on requirements and expectations.
- Capture and relay customer feedback to product and development teams to drive continuous improvement in our solutions.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies related to industrial processes and automation.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and new integrations that boost operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline (a computer science degree is not mandatory).
- Proven experience in a technical or advisory role, particularly within industrial or operational environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise-level software systems and integration strategies relevant to industrial applications.
- Strong ability to develop and deliver technical training and educational content for non-technical users.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on practical, customer-focused solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms or data management solutions is a plus but not required.
